The Oxford Dictionary defines integrity as; “the quality of being honest, fair and good,” and “the state of being whole and unified”.

Both these definitions resonate with us; we believe that integrity is about always being true to yourself. It is the foundation of who you are and what you believe to be right; it’s the fabric of your being. Your core values must be unified across all aspects of your life to keep your integrity intact. If you value honesty and fairness in your personal life, then this should be reflected in your work too. If these values are compromised, then your integrity is compromised.

At Rockwood, we are always completely honest and open with clients; we treat them as we would want our friends and family to be treated. If we did not, then we would not be being true to ourselves.

Personal and professional integrity are far more important to us than short-term gains and quick wins, so we always put our clients’ interests first. We aren’t affiliated with specific products or providers; we recommend the solutions that we genuinely believe are right for the client. Every client meeting is completely confidential, and we adhere fully to the ethical and legal guidelines of our profession.

We are prepared to hold our ground and stand firm against anything we believe is a threat to our values. We would rather develop long-term relationships based on trust and respect, than fill our bank accounts at the expense of our integrity. If we cheated our clients, we would be cheating ourselves.
