We are delighted to announce that Linda has become a Director of Rockwood Financial Solutions.

Linda joined us back in 2017, working part-time initially supporting in administration and office management. As time passed, her input became invaluable and in January 2019, she became a full-time member of our team and the main point of contact for all client communication.

Since then, you may have spoken to Linda about arranging your review, paying into your pension or topping up your ISA. She has been the first point of contact for our clients now for many years and we wanted to involve Linda further with the future of Rockwood.

We are delighted that she agreed to become Client Services Director earlier this year. She will continue to be your first point of contact, but she will also help to shape our strategy going forward, looking at streamlining processes and maintaining the great level of service Rockwood is renowned for.

Linda is delighted to be embarking on a new adventure and is excited to have the opportunity to support Rockwood further. She loves speaking to clients and hopes to continue to support us in our objective to provide excellent customer service that clearly puts the client at the heart of everything we do.
